The MFN receives guidance and assistance from two Alumni Representatives who serve two year terms. For this article, we would like to introduce Melissa Laracy as our newest Alumni Representative. Melissa recently completed a fellowship at Biogen and has accepted a position with them post-Fellowship. In her article this week, Melissa reflects on her involvement as an MFN E-Board member and the value of having a network during her fellowship.
One of the many benefits of participating in a fellowship program is the program's alumni network. After completing her fellowship in June 2018, Amanda Nguyen accepted a position at her fellowship company and volunteered to serve as one of the MFN's alumni representatives.
